Aldinger’s appointment comes on the heels of several executive promotions to further fuel customer success.

She brings significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry from her 21 years at Publicis Health, including positions in business development and talent acquisition.

• Executive & Professional Search: Shawn Kerek was promoted to the position of VP, Managing Director – Executive & Professional Search. He leads commercial searches from TSP’s Columbus, Ohio office. Ken Amicon, VP, Managing Director – Executive & Professional Search continues to offer excellent leadership over corporate searches from TSP’s Columbus, Ohio office.
• Consulting & Assessment: Megan Van Hoy, PhD was promoted to the position of VP, Managing Director – Consulting & Assessment. She leads TSP’s team of in-house industrial / organizational psychologists from Charlotte, N.C.
• Corporate Functions: Mike Muzi was promoted to the position of VP, Operations & Strategy. He focuses on the strategic vision and efficiency of TSP.
