Mike Gamble

President

With a background in science, Mike knows the industry and our clients’ business from the inside. He’s a great listener with a quiet demeanor, capable of really hearing and understanding the problem that needs to be solved. Plus, like his deep-seated passion for his sports teams, Mike has an unyielding loyalty to the relationships he’s built over the years. 

Mike’s extensive staffing background and even his sense of humor help him infuse different ways of looking at situations, welcomed by clients and colleagues looking for a creative, collaborative solution.

Mike has nearly 20 years of experience designing comprehensive talent acquisition solutions for leading healthcare and life science focused organizations. In his role, he is responsible for leading TSP’s passionate group of recruiters and consultants. Prior to TSP, Mike worked for Yoh, a leading staffing and workforce solutions organization where he held various leadership and sales executive positions. He holds a bachelor’s of science in biology from Ursinus College and a master’s degree in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University.

Angie Aldinger

Vice President, Client Solutions

Angie’s passion for the pharmaceutical industry – most importantly, the impact on patients – is the energizing force behind her engaging, savvy approach to business. She wants to know your story and what drives you, too. Then, we can partner together to create the perfect solution for you and your organization.

Angie leads Client Solutions efforts across all business lines at TSP, including RPO, Executive Search, Talent & Leadership Consulting, and Sales Accelerator, a unique solution for sales force expansion.

Angie built her career in designing life science talent acquisition solutions. She spent 21 years developing her career at Publicis Health, with positions in business development across all verticals, leading talent acquisition, and pharmaceutical sales.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania.  

Keiko Berg

Vice President, Operations & Strategy

Keiko is a talent acquisition leader with a 14-year career focused on bringing the best talent and customer experience to a wide variety of industries. She has a passion for leading and developing high performing teams, which allows her to exceed the expectations of both customers and candidates.

Keiko is a force to be reckoned with. The former soccer player holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and an MBA from Wright State University. On the weekends you will find her reading, cooking, exercising and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Jennifer McDonald

Vice President, RPO

Raised in New York and having spent the better part of the last two decades in the South, Jenn is the perfect combination of get-it-done assertiveness and good-natured collaboration. Her analytical approach not only contributes to the thoroughness of the end result, it educates everyone else along the way. With intimate knowledge of the R&D process and a great depth of experience in healthcare and life sciences, Jenn is the person you want to bounce ideas off of to make sure your team is in the best position to deliver results.

With her passion for training and development, Jenn is a great judge of talent, able to interpret data to accurately assess people’s strengths and weaknesses. She. Builds. Great. Teams.

Jenn has been recruiting and building top-performing talent for more than 15 years. Prior to TSP, Jenn worked for System One, Yoh, and Hudson, leading global talent acquisition teams for full-time, contract, and RPO projects. Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from the University of Houston.

Michael Moran

Vice President, Executive Search

Michael leads TSP’s Executive & Professional Search team, driving our network and appointments of the industry’s best life science leaders to companies in emerging Biotech, large and small Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Diagnostic, Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, Health IT, and more.

 Mike is a global pharmaceutical leader with more than 25 years’ experience spanning multiple Commercial Life Science disciplines and product lines. He has profound knowledge and experience in business development and partnerships, including in-licensing, out-licensing, and merger – acquisitions. 

Much of his professional time was spent growing GlaxoSmithKline as a Commercial leader, serving on multiple international projects. Most recently, he led Eagle Pharmaceuticals’ Commercial endeavors as a Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development lead worldwide.  As if his resume isn’t impressive enough, Mike is also a certified Executive Coach who thoroughly enjoys collaborating with others to find meaningful outcomes to all issues and opportunities. 

Megan Van Hoy

Talent & Leadership Consulting Advisor

Megan is the founder of Green Sky Leadership, a leadership consulting firm focused on helping organizations identify, select, and nurture top-tier talent through assessment, coaching, and customized solutions.  As Talent & Leadership Consulting Advisor, Megan serves as a strategic partner to TSP, helping clients use the best data and insights to make informed decisions about and in support of their people.

She brings nearly 20 years of consulting experience, blending her psychology background, industry experience, and innate curiosity.  She is a trusted and collaborative partner who places a premium on effective communication and active listening. Her strong client-centric approach, combined with a commitment to being “in tune” with clients and partners, sets her apart; she brings a thoughtful and evidence-based mindset to each of her engagements.

Prior to starting Green Sky Leadership, Megan led the Talent & Leadership Consulting practice at TSP.  Her experience in life sciences enables her to deliver on the #powerof personal. Megan holds her MA & PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.  She completed her Psychology undergraduate degree at the Ohio State University.  Megan is also a certified executive coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and the Center for Credentialing and Education.

James Greenfield

Head of TSP Europe

James takes the time to understand his clients, what they stand for and who they are, in order to match the most relevant candidates to the culture of the business. He is a matchmaker through and through. James has more than 12 years’ experience delivering a wide rang of executive talent to the healthcare and life science sectors. He has managed pharmaceutical recruitment business in Frankfurt, Germany for nearly half a decade and worked alongside the Talent Acquisition team at the international HQ of a mid-sized biotech, building out their commercial teams on a global and pan-European level – Germany, France, Italy and the UK.

On a global level, he has made appointments in Senior Commercial functions across Commercial, Commercial Strategy, Patient Advocacy, Market Access, Analytics, Sales and Marketing, SFE amongst others. On a national level, he has made appointments from Country Manager to Business Unit Director, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Market Access Directors, Medical Directors, MSLs and KAMs. 

James has worked across all therapeutic areas including the launch of Cell and Gene therapies and Orphan Drugs,  where despite the small candidate pools, still identified and engaged the top talent for his clients. 

Adam Kennedy

Head of TSP APAC

With more than two decades of distinguished experience in executive search, Adam Kennedy stands as a preeminent figure in Asia-Pacific’s pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. His expertise spans diverse areas, notably excelling in rare diseases and collaborating with multinational corporations. As Vice President of TSP APAC, Kennedy spearheads efforts to identify top-tier talent, contributing to industry growth and organizational excellence. 

Adam’s legacy is distinguished by his unique ability to curate leadership teams for pioneering orphan drug market entries and established rare disease firms. Beyond his profound impact within the industry, his global network sets him apart, enabling him to source exceptional candidates across borders and cultures. His prior engagement with the NHS in London further enriches his strategic approach, infusing a holistic perspective into his executive search strategies.

Tom Cocchiola

Director, Sales Accelerator

With 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and sales within the life science industry, Tom just gets it. His ability to bring energy and passion has allowed him to thrive with Syneos and TSP for the last six years. As the Director, Sales Accelerator, he focuses on the creation and execution of recruiting, sourcing and engagement, and retention strategies within our Sales Accelerator RPO model.

Tom’s combination of drive, fun and enthusiasm allows him to approach to talent acquisition with the ideal mindset—always trying to make the right fit for both the client and the candidate. He firmly believes in doing what is best for both parties.

Tom is a former youth wrestling coach and remains a huge fan of collegiate and high school wrestling. In his down time you can find this New York Giant’s fan clocking some quality time with his wife, two kids and dog.

Ashley Stipes

Global Director, Marketing, Brand & tspSTORYTELLER

From a small factory town in Ohio to Hollywood, California and back again, Ashley has a knack for working creatively to help drive stories, which transcend industries. Her experience in television casting (recruiting) and production (writing), followed by a jump to healthcare where both of those aspects defined her leadership role, prepared her for taking on the corporate and employer brand functions within the Life Sciences at TSP, and for our clients. She is, by definition, a professional storyteller. 

Ashley has partnered with numerous Clinical and Commercial organizations to define and promote the story that lives within the bones of the business and the culture of our partners. She brings more than 15 years’ experience in creative – brand and marketing— to TSP.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ, graduating summa cum laude and is a certified Content Marketer. Ashley is married to her high school sweetheart and has four beautiful sons to celebrate life with! 

Jackie Tisch

Managing Director, Search

Jackie Tisch does not give up. Put her on your toughest search, and she won’t stop until the job is done. If you need someone motivated, efficient, and ambitious, Jackie is your person.

Jackie manages senior level searches and leads a team of recruiters on clinical searches. She serves a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, payer/provider, health systems, and academic medical centers. Her understanding of life sciences enables her to effectively assess a candidate’s qualifications and institutional fit. 

Jackie has 20 years of experience in executive and professional search – both retained and contingent – and five years in life sciences. She joined TSP in 2013 as a Director in the Executive Search practice. Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Sarah Holecko

Managing Director, Search

As a Managing Director within our Executive Search Team, Sarah serves as a mentor to our Search Consultants and partners with clients in securing key talent. Her approach to both leadership and recruitment focuses on making connections, building rapport and developing relationships to help her colleagues, candidates and clients achieve success.  

Prior to joining TSP, Sarah spent 10 years in healthcare, across sales and Managed Care recruitment. Since joining, she has assisted clients of various sizes and therapeutic specialties in adding talent to their commercial organizations – from individual contributors through C-Suite positions. 

Sarah operates out of Northern California but represents clients and candidates nationwide.
