Mike Gamble

President

With a background in science, Mike knows the industry and our clients’ business from the inside. He’s a great listener with a quiet demeanor, capable of really hearing and understanding the problem that needs to be solved. Plus, like his deep-seated passion for his sports teams, Mike has an unyielding loyalty to the relationships he’s built over the years. 

Mike’s extensive staffing background and even his sense of humor help him infuse different ways of looking at situations, welcomed by clients and colleagues looking for a creative, collaborative solution.

Mike has nearly 20 years of experience designing comprehensive talent acquisition solutions for leading healthcare and life science focused organizations. In his role, he is responsible for leading TSP’s passionate group of recruiters and consultants. Prior to TSP, Mike worked for Yoh, a leading staffing and workforce solutions organization where he held various leadership and sales executive positions. He holds a bachelor’s of science in biology from Ursinus College and a master’s degree in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University.

Angie Aldinger

Vice President, Client Solutions

Angie is an expert in life sciences talent strategy & solution development.  She is driven with passion for the Life Science Industry.   She thrives on supporting organizations identify the “best & “right” talent to impact patients benefiting from these valued therapies coming to market. Her experience is unique in this space, and she would love to listen and learn about you and your organization.

Angie leads Client Solutions and Customer Strategy across all business lines at TSP, including RPO, Executive Search, Talent & Leadership Consulting, and Sales/MSL Accelerator, a unique solution for MSL & Sales force projects.

Angie built her career in designing life science talent acquisition solutions across Medical and Commercial. She spent 21 years developing her career at Publicis Health, with positions in client solutions across all verticals, leading talent acquisition, and pharmaceutical sales.  She has been a part of over 100 commercial drug launches and partnered with hundreds of unique organizations.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania.  

Keiko Berg

Vice President, Operations & Strategy

As a life-long learner and technology enthusiast, Keiko is dedicated to continuous growth and innovation. Passionate about supporting women and fostering inclusive environments, she champions diversity and equality. With 20 years of experience in recruiting, account management, and talent acquisition consulting for a wide range of small businesses up to Fortune 500 companies, she has worked across industries including hospitality, insurance, education, and healthcare providers. In the last 5 years, Keiko has focused on the life sciences and biotech industries.

Starting as a recruiter and evolving into a talent acquisition solutions consultant, she is passionate about partnering with customers to build their organizations by attracting the top talent in their industries. Keiko excels in process improvement and designing recruitment solutions that align with organizational goals by using her expertise in talent acquisition processes, project management, operationalizing recruitment programs, and technology. Her collaborative leadership philosophy emphasizes open communication and teamwork. Driven by curiosity, Keiko constantly seek ways to improve efficiency and achieve better results. Her leadership style is characterized by strategic vision, effective communication, and a focus on results. She is highly adaptable, able to navigate and thrive in dynamic and changing environments.

Shawn Kerek

Vice President, Executive & Professional Search

Shawn has spent nearly 20 years in recruiting, with the last 10+ focused in Retained Executive Search within the Life Sciences Industry. Shawn has experience across numerous functions including Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Business Development, M&A, and has worked within all sorts of ownership structures (public, private, PE/VC backed).

Personally, Shawn resides in Columbus, OH with his wife and 3 daughters. He is an avid Cleveland Guardians and OSU football fan and tries to keep himself busy and in shape with various physical pursuits.

Shawn joined TSP because of the team focused and collaborative culture and people. He wakes up excited to work with the colleagues he has and in the industry he is in. To Shawn, being a small part of bringing life saving therapies to patients is incredibly rewarding.

Jennifer McDonald

Vice President, RPO

Raised in New York and having spent the better part of the last two decades in the South, Jenn is the perfect combination of get-it-done assertiveness and good-natured collaboration. Her analytical approach not only contributes to the thoroughness of the end result, it educates everyone else along the way. With intimate knowledge of the R&D process and a great depth of experience in healthcare and life sciences, Jenn is the person you want to bounce ideas off of to make sure your team is in the best position to deliver results.

With her passion for training and development, Jenn is a great judge of talent, able to interpret data to accurately assess people’s strengths and weaknesses. She. Builds. Great. Teams.

Jenn has been recruiting and building top-performing talent for more than 15 years. Prior to TSP, Jenn worked for System One, Yoh, and Hudson, leading global talent acquisition teams for full-time, contract, and RPO projects. Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from the University of Houston.

Maya Yankelevich Garza, PhD

Vice President, Talent & Leadership Consulting

Dr. Maya Garza is a behavioral scientist and business leader passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed through people. As the Vice President of Talent and Leadership Consulting at TSP, Maya partners with clients to define, assess, and develop their talent, aligning these objectives with business strategy. She works with executives and business leaders to unlock human potential and organizational performance, leveraging her deep expertise in talent assessment, learning and development, performance management, coaching, employee engagement, and human capital strategy. Maya has advised numerous Fortune 500 organizations and growing businesses to achieve transformative results.

Leading at the intersection of people development, technology innovation, and business needs, Maya leverages the power of behavioral science to design organizational interventions. Maya’s work philosophy centers on creating engaging and dynamic experiences that enable employees at all levels to develop their capabilities, grow, and succeed both professionally and personally, ultimately helping organizations and the people within them live and work with purpose and passion.

Before joining TSP, Maya made significant contributions at BetterUp, a virtual coaching platform for individual and organizational transformation and performance. There, she built and led the People Insights team, developed and launched a new HR SaaS product, and built the Services function, contributing to the company’s 10x growth. She has also lead expert advisory and consulting teams at Mind Gym and CEB.

James Greenfield

Head of TSP Europe

James takes the time to understand his clients, what they stand for and who they are, in order to match the most relevant candidates to the culture of the business. He is a matchmaker through and through. James has more than 12 years’ experience delivering a wide rang of executive talent to the healthcare and life science sectors. He has managed pharmaceutical recruitment business in Frankfurt, Germany for nearly half a decade and worked alongside the Talent Acquisition team at the international HQ of a mid-sized biotech, building out their commercial teams on a global and pan-European level – Germany, France, Italy and the UK.

On a global level, he has made appointments in Senior Commercial functions across Commercial, Commercial Strategy, Patient Advocacy, Market Access, Analytics, Sales and Marketing, SFE amongst others. On a national level, he has made appointments from Country Manager to Business Unit Director, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Market Access Directors, Medical Directors, MSLs and KAMs. 

James has worked across all therapeutic areas including the launch of Cell and Gene therapies and Orphan Drugs,  where despite the small candidate pools, still identified and engaged the top talent for his clients. 

Adam Kennedy

Head of TSP APAC

With more than two decades of distinguished experience in executive search, Adam Kennedy stands as a preeminent figure in Asia-Pacific’s pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. His expertise spans diverse areas, notably excelling in rare diseases and collaborating with multinational corporations. As Vice President of TSP APAC, Kennedy spearheads efforts to identify top-tier talent, contributing to industry growth and organizational excellence. 

Adam’s legacy is distinguished by his unique ability to curate leadership teams for pioneering orphan drug market entries and established rare disease firms. Beyond his profound impact within the industry, his global network sets him apart, enabling him to source exceptional candidates across borders and cultures. His prior engagement with the NHS in London further enriches his strategic approach, infusing a holistic perspective into his executive search strategies.

Tom Cocchiola

Director, Sales Accelerator

With 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and sales within the life science industry, Tom just gets it. His ability to bring energy and passion has allowed him to thrive with Syneos and TSP for the last six years. As the Director, Sales Accelerator, he focuses on the creation and execution of recruiting, sourcing and engagement, and retention strategies within our Sales Accelerator RPO model.

Tom’s combination of drive, fun and enthusiasm allows him to approach to talent acquisition with the ideal mindset—always trying to make the right fit for both the client and the candidate. He firmly believes in doing what is best for both parties.

Tom is a former youth wrestling coach and remains a huge fan of collegiate and high school wrestling. In his down time you can find this New York Giant’s fan clocking some quality time with his wife, two kids and dog.

Ashley Stipes

Global Director, Marketing, Brand & tspSTORYTELLER

Twenty years ago, Ashley summated stories on paper and on air from newsrooms and red carpets. After a decade of building brands through storytelling, she transitioned to lead both business marketing and talent marketing for global organizations like TSP. Ashley Stipes is an all-encompassing business visionary.

Ashley’s strength lies in collating her variety of brand and marketing experience into a cohesive and comprehensive methodology that aims for conversion through compelling content. She has designed and developed customer and talent attraction strategy across all genres—SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, operations and more, to successfully deliver contracts and filled requisitions. Ashley has partnered with numerous Clinical and Commercial organizations to define and promote the story that lives within the bones of the business and the culture of our partners. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University, graduating summa cum laude, and is a certified Content Marketer. When away from her desk, Ashley teaches discipleship classes, dates her husband, and prioritizes her first ministry—Kingston, Titan, Creed and Deacon.

Meghann Kowalchik

Managing Director, Search

Meghann Kowalchik is a distinguished Senior Recruiting Executive with more than seventeen years of robust experience. Her career has been marked by exceptional achievements in the life sciences sector, where she has successfully identified, recruited, and placed top talent across a variety of roles from C-level executives to managers.

Meghann has developed and managed critical relationships with a broad spectrum of clients, including contract research organizations, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and clinical packaging and logistics firms. Her adeptness at navigating complex negotiations and her proactive approach have consistently positioned her as a top performer.

Michael Downer

Managing Director, Search

Michael Downer is a seasoned executive search leader with a strong background in talent acquisition strategy and business development. He brings over a decade of recruiting and sourcing experience, specializing in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic industries. Michael has an established track record of partnering with C-Suite and Executive Leadership teams to help identify critical hiring needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent for clients.
