tspINTERVIEW – Our customizable interview guide development and interview training solution. Our clients can utilize the comprehensive package or select specific aspects that fit their needs.  

tspINTERVIEW can include any of the following:

tspASSESS – Our Executive Assessment process is a high-touch, in-depth measurement and evaluation process for senior leaders, which includes personality testing and behavioral interviewing. This solution can be customized for the manager and director levels. tspASSESS is also applicable beyond the selection phase, for ongoing development needs, high-potentials, and succession planning.

tspCOACH: Our Strategic, Structured, and Customized Coaching Program With Short-Term and Longer-Term Engagements  

We work with organizations looking to develop their employees’ full potential and executives who want to develop their leadership capabilities. Each of our Organizational Psychologists brings 15-plus years of experience using validated, introspective assessments that provide leaders with critical and constructive feedback within a safe and trusting environment. We follow up all feedback and coaching discussions with thorough, action-oriented coaching plans, tools, and tips to drive professional success. 

tspCOACH includes several short-term solutions, i.e., 90-day options or 6-month+. 

  1. Onboarding Coaching is suitable for new leaders to their role or the organization. Our coaches provide a confidential/external and objective sounding board during the first 100 days of employment to ensure a smooth transition and an accessible touch point for professional development questions. This allows leaders to “test run” strategies or discuss how to handle challenges encountered early on.
  2. Executive Coaching is suitable for high-potential professionals and leaders with five or more years of leadership experience. It includes confidential, one-on-one discussions with one of our organizational psychologists to provide feedback, coaching, action planning, and check-ins over 6-9 months. In certain situations, we may consider a more accelerated coaching program.

tspTEAMBUILDER: Our Collection of Teambuilding Services Focused on Team Effectiveness

This service could include communication training, workshops, or integrated group coaching. We leverage a variety of team assessments to help groups come together and fill team gaps through an understanding of preferred communication styles and tools to manage conflict effectively.
